Representatives are in the growing regions during the season to help growers with facilities management and quality assurance. Together with our growers, we perform quality assurance procedures before shipments are made to retailers and help ensure facilities are operating according to SunnyRidge Farm’s exacting guidelines for quality, cleanliness and food safety.

When freshly picked fruit is received, we pack within 24 hours to help ensure the fruit arrive fresh to retailers. The end result is fewer rejected shipments for our retailers and a better return for our growers. All of our customers are important to us and making sure they are happy is what we are all about.

SunnyRidge evaluates and uses only the best packaging materials available. It is important to us to be ahead of the curve in innovative packaging options and efficiencies. Our dedicated materials team helps distribute materials to our growers’ fields and facilities as well as helping manage inventory levels.

As part of inventory management, we work with our family of growers on accurate weekly production estimating during season to ensure needed materials are on hand for the week’s harvesting needs. This estimating procedure also provides our sales team with valuable information needed to pre-sell the fruit to our retail family without over promising or under delivering.
